Admin/mod system

Over time we have gained a large amount of staff which has lead to many complaints. I have been thinking allot about ideas of ways to reduce the amount of staff without hurting peoples feeling. So here is the new Admin/Mod system we will be starting.

On the website we will have a Poll located in the Portal and on this Topic were you can vote for your favorite Admins or Mods.
The mods with the lowest vote total will be replaced with hand picked players from the Admin/Mod applications. And the lowest voted Admins will be replaced with the highest voted Mods. Also the highest voted admin on the server will receive a special command. We will be having 2 Admin replacements and and 3 Mod replacements every 3 weeks.

if u just replaced the ones with low votes that doesnt fix anything -.-
just keep the 2 guys with most votes for admins and 3 guys with most votes for mod casue if u just replace them we wont change anything......but get more complaients

This week i will be removing 5 admins and 5 mods with lowest votes instead of replacing 2 admins and 3 mods.

A staff decrease=Great. Perfect.
It'll probably get me back into playing more often, but then again I have a lot of stuff being piled unto my shoulders. x-x

I agree with spam, the same admins over and over again, its so annoying because they dont really know anything especially fatso who is a fat trisexual.

i agree with the demotions, but I believe Blackthorn should pick, not minjo. (Minjo just demotes who he doesn't like, and Blackthorn doesn't play favorites..)

i think there are too many admins but there are not alot of mods you could move some down to mods instead of just like taking all their power demoting them to regualr player

i agree that theres to may staff and there is alot of ppl that are staff that dont play anymore all the mod never play so ya demote the mods get like 3 mods and all that beacuse mod easy to get just dont demote the admins that worked hard for it and by demoting admins they get pissed and the would quit server bt the mods dont care beacuse they dont play any more

I agree with this it is a great idea!!!!! Maybe some of us like me will have a chance to be mod/admin???? Well I hope its me lol!!!!
